GETTING STARTED
Once you have chosen Pillar Custom Homes to build your dream home, you will meet with our trusted professional partners, including engineers, landscape and building architects, interior designers, and funding professionals. They are at your disposal to help you design a home that fits you perfectly in all aspects. However, if you prefer to use your personal designer or other professionals, we will work closely with them to build the home of your dreams.

FINANCING
Pillar Custom Homes and its partners will help guide you through the myriad of financing options. Our partners have proven track records that you can count on.

SITE SELECTION
One of the most important first steps in building a home is selecting a lot and appropriately siting and designing a home for that particular lot. Michael works closely with the various professionals who make your new home unique to your lot. Consequently, no plan has ever been duplicated.

DESIGN
Pillar Custom Homes offers you the top architects, designers and craftsmen to help you personalize your home. For example, our award-winning designer has worked with us for more than fifteen years, repeatedly eliciting praise from our homeowners. You will be pleased, also.

DOCUMENTS
As with other complex processes, getting a new home built requires certain documents and paperwork. Pillar Custom Homes will guide you through the process to help you clearly understand each and every document required to build your home.

SELECTIONS
Deciding what will go into your home is a fun and exciting process. But, because there are so many options, collaboration between builder and client is important. Pillar Custom Homes primarily uses local vendors for building materials, although a select few national vendors are used also. You approve all building materials for your home. You will be provided a selection schedule, based on construction progress, so that you will know your time schedule for selecting certain building materials. You will have a comprehensive list of vendors, most with showrooms, which you can visit to ask questions and make your selections. If you live out-of-town, as many of our clients do, some of our vendors have showrooms across the country or websites that provide help.

CONSTRUCTION
During construction we are partners. As such, we will meet often to discuss project progress and specifics to ensure that your home is being built exactly to your specifications.

DELIVERY
It is our intent to deliver your home free from defects. We employ a thorough regimen of inspections and walk-throughs with the goal of delivering your home defect-free, so that when you move in you can enjoy your home and all its features. But, when you call, we respond quickly to repair, adjust or correct any items not to your satisfaction.

WARRANTY and MAINTENANCE
Pillar Custom Homes has a history and reputation that Michael is proud of. He stands behind his homes and will personally assist you throughout your warranty period and answer any maintenance questions you may have about your new dream home.
